Jean-Noel Bioul is a Communications Executive with an unparalleled experience in the Luxury Market. Jean-Noel served in various positions including Vice-President, Senior Vice-President Marketing and Sales (1979-83) and then International Senior Vice-President Tennis Division Europe (1983-92) at IMG. At ROLEX he worked as Executive Vice-President Sales and Marketing (ROLEX Watch USA) (1993-99), International Head of Sponsorship (2000-12), Communications Director for Golf (2013-14), Senior Strategic Advisor Communication and Image (since 2014).​

Jean-Noel will lead the Advisory Board of Green Jacket Partners with a 3 years Mandate, fostering the company to take an holistic approach to Sustainable Corporate strategy, Environmental and Social Risk Management, further incorporating environmental, social and governance considerations into investment decisions, developing new products and solutions, and reflecting on Macro-economic, Brand Development and Compliance.​

Marcelo Stallone, BS in Business Administration at Oklahoma State University (1984). Started his career as a financial analyst at Cia. Fiat Lux in Rio de Janeiro in 1984. From 1986 to 1995 worked at the corporate finance area of a brazilian investment bank, Banco Garantia. In 1995 joined Dynamo Administração de Recursos as a partner to start an emerging market fixed income fund. In 2003 left Dynamo and joined Gavea Investimentos at its creation to manage the international trading desk. From 2007 to 2010 was the partner responsible for the Wealth Management area. After a sale to JP Morgan in 2010 worked as a director of the bank and was responsible for making the transition of clients from Gavea to JP Morgan. From 2012 has been managing private equity deals for a local family office in Brazil.
